Which IWB for my Springfield Loaded with CT Lasergrips?

My girlfriend bought me a Springfield Loaded for Christmas and it has CT Lasergrips on it. I'm not sure if they'll effect the way it sits in an IWB holster. I also need some recommendations as to which ones I should consider. I currently carry a Sig P220 in a Comp-Tac CTAC and I'm pretty happy with it but I'm wondering if there's something that'd conceal a bit better. What would you guys recommend? I also need a recommendation for a good strong belt. The only thing is I need one that's fashionable, and by that I mean something that can be worn with designer suits. Any suggestions on that?
Thanks!

For comfort the Max Con V is the best out there IMO

The Max Con V looks nice and has much thinner profile than anything out there. I have been known to sleep on the sofa with it on. I carry a full size steel frame 1911 and cannot tell it is there most days. I have severe lower back problems and even on days my back hurts it is comfortable.
Another good holster is the Milt Sparks VMII there are a lot of people out there that have them and love them. I have one for a CZ75 and it is nice, but it is thicker leather. I find the Max Con V a little more comfortable myself.
Both are top quality holsters and look nice.
Edited to add: I misread your post. Look at the Milt Sparks belts they have some of the nicer looking gun belts out there.

I've got a couple of 1911's with CT LASER GRIPS, and they won't effect the way the gun carrys in any of the IWB holsters that I have seen....and I've got a rubbermaid bin full:uhoh:
My Wilson CQB, wearing CT Laser Grips, is in my Alessie IWB as we speak.
