Head-up for brass ? in front of camera

The Wife has been ranting about the news coverage over journalists shooting. Been going back and forth between CNN and Fox. (Really down on MSNBC today ...) The part that is really burning our buns is the reporter talking about the tank round hitting the 14'th floor of hotel at the same time they are showing the video of a totally different building (obviously full of hostiles in windows) getting lit up.
The Wife said she thinks she saw a brief clip that appeared to have brass from a full auto gun popping up just in front of a camera (mounted on rooftop of the hotel?). I've not been watching full time by any means today, but do recall seeing something briefly that included mostly a "sky shot" with what could have well been ejected brass in the foreground. Confirmation of our guys getting sniped from the rooftop? Anyone else see it? Or have opinions as to what and where?
Taken from a high rise? Or maybe gun camera on a plane? 'Gonna try to pay a little more attention here to see if I can catch it more clearly. Your comments appreciated (especially by The Wife ;) )

There was a camera shot from Abu Dhabi TV (I think) showing two M1s preparing to go over a bridge. Incoming small arms fire was chipping up concrete, getting closer and closer to the camrera, until the camera fell over. The Fox anchor opined that the debris was ejected machine gun brass, but it's clearly not. It's incoming fire.
Is that the shot you were thinking of?

While I'm sorry that the reporters died, when you are in a hotel with people who are willing to shoot at US troops, what do you expect?
Anyways, I didn't see any brass or anything like that. But I wasn't paying too much attention.

boing - That may well have been the clip. I did not get a chance to see it again. Maybe this morning. The Wife is still in the rack. Was up late "coaching" in front of the tube. ;) ' Will mention - after she gets a cup or two of coffee down. Thanks. :)

While I feel for the journalists that lost their lives, perhaps a bit of forethought on their part was in order....
If you are in a hotel room in a country at war, and some guy(s) come in with machine guns, rifles, RPG's etc, and ask to use your balcony.....
Well, maybe it is "Time to get the He** Outta Dodge"

Well, maybe it is "Time to get the He** Outta Dodge" That's what a rational intelligent person would do. A media type would think "Hey, this is going to get good(visions of improved ratings), quick get the camera going. Get a nice closeup shot of the guy with the towel on his head shooting at the..." Sounds like more of the same old stupid reporters without the sense to clear out of a hot zone -- hell, there's probably too many of those leftist goobers in Iraq to begin with.
