Strange but the Spartan Gun Works website has been down for some time.
Remington has no information about the line listed anywhere on their website that I can find.
Distributers are only saying that available product lines are extremely sparse and delivery has become extremely erratic.
Actually delivery has been erratic since Remington took over the Russian line of firearms from European American Armory.
Too bad, I'll miss these guns.
These are some decent, fairly well made Russian shotguns.
The imports have always been spotty and it looks like this trend will continue.
I guess the Russians were preventing the American manufacturers from selling shotguns enough to cause them to take the matter into their own hands,,,,,again.

I read on another forum recently that the Spartan has just been renamed the SPR and Remington is still selling these guns. They have become so popular that Remington wanted to put their own name on them. Maybe someone can affirm or deny this...I read it on another forum within the past week.

I tried clicking that link and my firewall booted me off the Remington site, twice.
It is good news to me that they have retained the line, or so it appears.
