Hmmm .... .17HMR eh ........ NOT a pretty item!
Mind you ----- used to own this lil fella ... Australian made copy of Webley MkIV (38 S&W) ''pocket'' pistol. HAH!! You'd be hard pressed to get this outa your pocket without rippin the cloth! More sharp edges than a porcupine ... and a ''safety'' that was a joke! Well up my ''ugly'' list!

Iver Johnson made a top-break called the "Viking" that's got to be near the top of any "ugliest" list.:)

This might sound a bit contradictory, given my stated dislike of the .45 Scandium Smith, but that HMR looks.... functional
I really don't mind it all.
I do however, think that the aforementioned .45 Scandium Smith is up there right next to that .38 Super with the Titanium cylinder and red, white, and blue grips.

The revolver at the top of this page definitely ought to win a prize for something, although I'm not sure what.
I'd give first prize for ugliness to the Italian .357 magnum semi-automatic revolver. The name escapes me at the moment, but the barrel is at the bottom rather than the top of the cylinder.

IIRC they are Matebas?????
Definitely in the top two.

that .38 Super with the Titanium cylinder and red, white, and blue grips.
The cylinder on that .38 Super is not titanium, just has a black coating on steel. And all of them didnt come with the red white and blue grips.

Heh. I happen to think Matebas look cool. :)
Now, Nagant revolvers... those are ugly.

Good point; the Chunder Five is even uglier than a Nagant, and that's pretty ugly.

Frodo, this web page has some standards, no obsenities allowed. The next time I come over to see my granddaughter I'm bringing over one of my hickery ramrods and learn "youse" some manners. Stop freightening the good folks that post here.

I don't think that revo chambered in .17 HMR is ugly so much as it is unusual looking.
Same goes for the Mateba. (Which I think is just an awesome looking gun. I'm sure the guy behind the counter at the store that has one is tired of me coming in and fondling the darn thing at every opportunity...)
As for the Webley...I don't think I've ever seen a Webley that was pretty. They all seem built for business, not pleasure.

ALthough I have an RG single action hanging on the wall that's no looker.
