Reflex sight for AR15

I have a Colt reflex sight for ar15 sporting rifle. that's what the box says, the sight itself only says COLT on it. it needs batteries and mounts directly to the carry handle. I'm not sure exactly what it is or what it's worth. can anyone identify this? thanks

C-More made some products that Colt was selling for a while.

The open design tended to collect crud and stop working, so they were not popular.

Could be that.

I attached a photo of the C-More sight. Colt sold these under their label, as well.

here'a picture of what I've got. I'll get some batteries and see if it works.
