Good prices, but ASA was notorious for being junky. Years ago when AR15.com was still young, the guys there would trash ASA and its owner. Sarah, his stepdaughter, was suppose to be a real looker but that's hardly a criteria for firearms selection. Test fire first.

I agree with Gary, Test fire first before purchasing.

At $650 you are going to take a big hit on the resale value if you ever decide to sell the weapon. There aren't many folks wanting to buy a used ASA rifle for fear of problems.

Bushmasters are going for $699 at the local gun shows here in NW FL.

Thanks for the input. We don't have many guns shows locally. On top of that i have never seen an AR at the gun shows I have been to. every time I see a bushmater or RRA AR for sale in the want ad it is sold before I can get to it.
