I have four 12-32x3/4" action screws that I would like to have hard chromed.
Do any of you guys know a company that would be willing to do a small job like this? One that would not charge an arm and a leg.

There is a guy named Jack from Texas that is on the Kel-tec ( ktog) site. He is a gunsmith who does plating. Others have said he does good work. Ck the site.

Most of the platers like Metaloy or Accurate Weapon and Plating offer small parts plating at low prices.

Best if you actually call and ask.
