I've seen little camo onesies, but has anyone seen any really great pro-gun outfits for a little boy?

An old timy cowboy outfit, boots, chaps cowboy shirt and hat. Add a pair of cap guns in a holster and a sherriff's badge.

Not quite related. My 2 year old has a onesie that says "U.S. Army, Pee all you can Pee". Given by my BIL the Marine, I'm Army.

My Mom likes to tell a story of when I was a toddler with an outfit like that. She took me to the bank, one day, and ordered me to leave my guns in the car lest the security guard think they were real. As a good little gun nut, I of course refused.

Baseball style caps with a well-known name and logo are a start. T-shirts are available as well, though maybe not for smaller children.
You might check out all the major manufacturers' websites and see what they have in their lines of clothing and accessories.
How little or old is he? What about a little jacket or vest decorated with firearm patches or badges?

Find one of your wife's friends that sews and has an embroidery machine. My wife has a sewing business and can and does make chilren's clothes with anything you want on them. She simply downloads a pic into a program on the computer, which converts it to a .jef file and her machine then proceeds to reproduce the image in thread in up to 5 colors...
My little guy (5 yr old) has Glock embroidered Ts...
The absolute best outfit he ever had as a baby was a one piece deal that was "camo" but the pattern that created the camo was teddy bears of various green colors. VERY COOL.
