Nice little article saying that the Fed does not have constitutional authority to stop gun law suits.
Ok, fine.
Nice strategy - lets let the left pass all kinds of onerous laws that wreck the constitution. Then, when we try and correct their unconstitutional laws with our own unconstitutional laws, we say "We can't do that! It's unCONSTITUTIONAL!"
As long as the courts interpret the 2ndA and the Commerce Clause the way they do, we have to fight where the battle is.
We can "Take the high road" but while we are at is, the enemy is looting the town over on the low road. :fire:
