I was wondering if any companies that make production shotguns make a double barrelled shotgun where one barrel is a 20G and the other is a 12G.

I don't know of one but anything is possible.
You could always get a O/U or SxS and put a 20ga insert in one of the barrels. Just don't drop that 20ga down the wrong bbl and follow it up with a 12ga by accident.
