question about using a Becker Necker?

i just bought a new Becker Necker for about $25, hope i got a good deal. i plan on wrapping the handle for comfort. my only question is, how do you use the wire breaker feature on the handle? the knife didnt come with instructions and there were no instructions for use on the website.

It's for breaking wire under tension (stretched barbed-wire (or bobwarr if you're from TX)). Just put the wire in the notch and twist.
