Mexico will suspend its plan to distribute maps to migrants wanting to cross the U.S. border illegally, but an official said Thursday the decision was not made because of American pressure.

Miguel Angel Paredes, spokesman for the federal Human Rights Commission, said the decision was made because human rights officials in border states expressed concern that the maps would show anti- immigrant groups where migrants likely would gather.

On Wednesday, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said the United States opposed the plan "in the strongest terms."

Okay, here's my "bid": I'll take the unemployed, screen them for integrity and legal compliance. Then, I'll arm them with their choice of a Bushmaster or MIA and their choice of a 1911 or "other". Posts should be set along Mexico and Canada. We would have "merit" pay...the more illegals, the more you earn. If they have drugs, double the bonus. I would issue a Presidential order banning NAFTA, and tell Mexico to behave or they'll be the 52 state. Puerto Rico would be 51, being required to join or take a financial hike. Then, I'd go through the budget from Congress, identify the parasites and ban contributions, etc.

So, my question, "If YOU WERE President for 1 day, and your Presidential orders could NEVER be reversed (psych), what would you order and what would YOU do?"

Well, the border problem isn't THAT big of a deal, frankly. If I only had one day, there are lots of other things that would come first.

Deporting the Senators from CA and MA would be the first order of business.

Then, I'd send AG Gonzales packing.
