I just picked up this little gem, it’s like brand new and came with 2 original 8rd mags and 3 of the newer style 9rd mags, I was pretty lucky as you don’t see the 3906's very often especially in this condition.

I like them as I like single stack 9mms, especially those with a steel frame. I think the 3906 is somewhat rare as 3rd gen non value series or compact S&Ws seem to have fallen by the wayside as people went for the 40S&W or for the larger capacity 9mms. I would not mind a 639 or a 539 either. I also like how your gun has a SS trigger and hammer unlike some other newer 3rd gen S&W autos.

I picked one up recently at a gunshow. It was new and unfired! I have since put 300 rds of asst ball and JHPs thru it and it has performed flawlessly.
