Any stores in St. Louis sell military surplus rifles for good prices? I've heard that Mike's Guns in a good place but do they carry any milsurps for reasonable prices? What kind fo stuff do they usually carry? SKS, Mosin, Enfield, Mauser, etc. I'm usually around there to go to the August Busch range every couple of weeks so I could check them out some weekend. How far down 94 are they from 64/40 at the first exit after you cross the Dan Boone over the Missouri? How is Nassau? Any others I forgot? TIA.

I haven't been there in over a year but are you talking about Kevin's Guns. It's about a mile before you get to Hwy. 70 they are in a small strip mall next to a Domino's pizza.
The last time I was there they had an okay selection but they would order from anywhere. I would call tell them or go in and tell them what I was looking for and have them order it. He would beat anyone's price. Nassau had an attitude last time I went there. Denny Dennis in South County has a good selection but they tend to be high.

I try to avoid giving Nassau's any of my money. They do "book" tables at gun shows, and among the other stuff is a batch of Nazi stuff, white power crap, the Turner Diaries, etc. - So they don't get my $$$.

My favorite St Louis gunshop in Mid America Arms in south county. Their selection isn't huge, but their prices are great and they're friendly. I just bought a Savage 10FP for less than Wal Mart's price.

Kevin's and Mike's, IIRC, are the same. They had a name change recently.
Trail Creek down here on Rock Road a bit east of Lindburg has a few. DOn't know abot deals, but the enfields are about 200, they even have a couple of percussion muskets.

Mike's doesn't have a huge assortment of milsurps. They have some (saw a couple Chinese SKS the other day), but not a large amount. They are probably 15-20 minutes north of the Hwy 40 intersection- are only about a mile south of 70.
