Is "Loc-Titing" set screws in JP trigger necessary?

Hello, I just installed a JP trigger in an AR and it is great so far! I did not apply Loc-Tite to the set screws while I try out the trigger on this rifle. How likely are the set screws to back out while the rifle is fired or cleaned?

I've fired several thousand rounds through my AR that's using a JP trigger. I've had the setscrews move, causing some problems. I'd degrease the setscrews and use a little Loctite, per instructions from JP.
