Smith Enterprise, not sure if it's for pre or bost ban, what the ATF sees it as, etc., It's only labeled as 'tactical'.

Muzzle brake = AOK
Flash suppressor = felony.
Not sure how to tell the difference other than the names?? :confused:

Yeah, that's my question. Where does the law specify the actual features of the device that make it legal?
