FYI, I know this might not be the right forum but it is autoloader handgun related. In Columbus OH Gander Mountain has the Springfield Mil-Spec .45 Government model for $389!!! Vance's Shooting Sports is offering them for $399. Seems like a good deal.

Got mine 3 years ago in NJ for 550 plus tax and a nics check. Seems like a very good deal.

Was at a gun show this am and was thinking about picking up the SA milspec compact model for a hundred bucks more.

Last thing I really need, though.
