I've searched for the report but have yet to find it. Should it be concrete and as damaging as this tabloid headline suggest, Putin just might be in a bad spot. Of course, so are we..we want Russia to keep their technology secret and to draw down their nuclear forces and improve security.

French, German and Russian duplicity should become more evident as we uncover new information in Baghdad.

The report can be found at http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2003/04/13/wrus13.xml&sSheet=/portal/2003/04/13/ixportaltop.html. If true, it's going to be a major black eye for Putin and a major diplomatic headache for Russia for years to come...

After reading this, it makes me wonder how the press got all this information in such short order. I would guess that some Iraqi was looking to sell a story to the press. If true, I wonder if this was a good cop, bad cop operation trying to get a lay of the terrorist land. Russia and the U.S. have common interest in gathering information regarding Osama and crew.

The coming months will reveal much about our allies in the U.N. Sorry about the color, but YELLOW was not available.
