They're staying fairly factual, but they are putting a nasty spin on it. (of course)

Argh....

They speed over the total of 14k+ over the past few years, but take lots of time to talk about the few dozen that find their way back into criminal hands.

Ugh. They make it sound like they are selling the arms directly to gangbangers. :-/
