What parts of a gun can I ship/sell to a private citicen in the US?

As far as I know:
-No hi cap mags.
-No barrels ?
-No recievers

What other parts have I left out that I can not sell?

I have an increasing demand from both civilians and law enforcement agencies to ship parts to the US.
But, I would like to avoid any legal problems.

I will have to look more into this, but there is a lot of knowlege shared between us here at THR, so I thought it would be a great place to start.

Receivers are considered guns in the US. Everything else is just considered parts and can be shipped/imported without problems. The exceptions are the LEO magazines that you mentioned and NFA parts. Some machinegun parts, such as auto sears, can be considered a machinegun all by themselves by ATF. Same thing with suppressor parts.

Here is some information that may help....

I'll look at the info.

If anyone needs some hard to find SIG, AUG or HK parts, please let me know and I'll see what I can do for you. :)

I'm not sure that you can ship even pre-'94 crime bill mags holding over 10 rounds w/o getting import approval from BATF.
