wear a pro-gun t-shirt? Would it be considered "brandishing"?

NO! It's called 'free speech'. On the otherhand, if you had a shirt on that says ' GUN HERE'! with a big arrow toward your waist...:neener:

Say, for instance,

One that clearly indicates that you support CCW.

Neither of those images actually say "I'm carrying a gun. See me? Gun in my pocket! Have a look. I have a gun!"

You can't brandish a gun if you don't show it. You can't threaten with a gun unless you say "I'm gonna shoot you with my gun." Neither image is you showing off your gun inappropriately.

a few years ago I was wearing my pistol team jacket and had to stop by the local liquor store to pick up a bottle of refreshment. While I was comtemplating which brand to buy, a clerk walked down the isle behind me and frisk my waist. I turned and asked him to call the cops as I just had been assulted in the store..........got my bottle for free......this happened before CHL here..chris3
