i dont know much about knives and i just moved to NH and am wondering what the laws on assisted opening knives would be here. its a gerber 4 inch blade.
any help would be appreciated

I don't have a specific legal reference, but I know that many NH gun shops sell them. I know some guys in NH that carry them. I take that to mean they are ok.

Why would there be a legal problem with a Gerber Fast Draw (designed by Butch Vallotton) since it isn't a switchblade?
