I HAVE TRIED THE REMINGTON 12 GAUGE 3' MANAGED RECOIL SLUGS AND NOTICED THAT IT HELP WITH RECOIL SOMEWHAT. I SHOT BOTH THE REGULAR SLUGS AND MANAGED AND I WOULD USE THE MANAGED AGIAN. NOT SURE IF THEY HELP WITH 30-3Os BUT I'D GIVE IT A SHOT. HOPE THIS HELPS.

Geez, I always thought a 30-30 round was already pretty managed in terms of its recoil.

That being said, I've used the .30-06 Managed Recoil ammunition and am very satisfied with it.

If you don't reload then they may work OK for you if you are bothered by recoil. On the other hand, this is a good excuse for you to buy some reloading gear. :)

i thought about it it would only cost me like 93 dollars to get everything i needed to start reloading some red dot powder adn a small lee classic loader and then some slugs ov varoios sizes i am looking really heavilly leaning toward 125 grain slugs

I feel that any 30-30 load is manageable, however You should reload for this fine old cartridge. If you make the investment in any press within the next 30 days I'll donate a used RCBS dies in perfect condition. Heck I'll even spring for postage............Essex County

I'll toss in a free shell holder. Years ago many a Vermont Woodchuck fell to 125 gr handloads as deer to 150 Hornady's. Feel free to shoot me a PM. Essex County

Awfully nice of you Essex County.

The Remington ammo that I have used caused great disappointment in the accuracy range. Remington ammo seems to group fairly well in a Remington rifles, but it doesn't seem to be very accurate in other brands of rifles.
