1911 Grip Screws in SW?

One of my Grip Screws for my SW 645 came out. 1911 screws are plenty.

Can I use them?

It might fit. I know my 952 uses the same grips screws as a 1911.

Or... you could just call S&W and get some replacements.

Ill end up calling smith up, probably. There is just something about paying $5 a screw plus shipping.
