A coworker sent me the following:

This is all the info on the revolver.

The pic was not very good but it looks either stainless or chrome.
It looks to have a 3" barrel.

Assuming it is in 90% condition with no cracks or other flaws and
a good lock up.

What would be the ball park value?
What is the approximate age?
