Anybody know hot hot is the Fiocchi .40 (170 gr) FMJ ammo compared to the typical factory stuff like Sellier + Belott? I have heard Fiocchi is very hot. I only shoot bullseye with it, so I don't want hot ammo.
Anybody try the Fiocchi .40SW 170 gr? Quality, accuracy, etc?

I believe it's right around 1050fps, give or take. Can't recall the on-line source right off hand, but I also saw it advertised in a dealer's brochure from Kiesler's. It surprised me as hot for a .40S&W 170gn FMJ.
Sorry this isn't more helpful.

I found the Fiocchi (Greece?) web site and they had the specs on their 170 gr (.40SW) ammo and said the velocity was 365m/s which is a shade over 1200 f/s. That does seem like it's screaming for a 170-gr .40 round. The 115 gr 9mm round was listed as around 400 m/s.
