Have any members been there? Just wondering if they sell surplus rifles like the other ones I have read about. Any info would be appreciated.

Don't know about that one in particular, but I've gotten some good deals at Dunhams...Unfortunately, they've closed all the ones in my area!

If you are looking for something specific, don't just look at what's on display. I got a killer deal on an un-issued SKS....They had them on sale for $129, the one they had out was all beat up, but they counter guy(kid) offered to show me what they had "out back" He came back with 2 pristine ones...I couldn't get the money outa my pocket fast enough...In retrospect I wish I'd bought both...oh, well.

Can't speak for that specific Dunham's. I just know that the WASR10s get my attention every time they goes on sale for under three bills.

I think they have those on sale right now, at least in my area.

Yeah, AIM is a great place. They've gotten a good bit of my money the past several months. Just looking for a few more places to browse, never know where you'll run across something nice.

I've been there, it's in the Towne Mall. They do sell surplus rifles along with new rifles, mainly Armalite AR types from what I've seen. There surplus rifles are generally in poor condition and the price is twice that of AIM. I've haggled and they will come down a bit but not enough to compensate for the condition most of the rifles are in.

I shoot at Middletown too. I'll be there all day Friday. If AK's lockout continues I plan on spending a lot of time at the range.

ok where do all of you shoot at.

Alot of people shoot at Miller's, which is a campground/range just west of Wayesville. There's usually a monthly get-together of military-rifle guys there, if you're on AR15.com go to the hometown forum, that's where we organize the Millers shoots. It's MUCH better than your ordinary range, no range nazis, and lots of full-autos and exotic toys show up there.

Here's the thread about our next shoot:
