Looks like those who want this terrible AWB to go through will
wait until after the elections..I think this heads-up is worth
it for those who enjoy their gun rights in Ill.

The Gov and his anti-gun front are just going to bide their time.
I hope you there in Ill will vote "Blag" and his partners out of
office, because they have bad intentions for firearm enthusiasts
and will stop at nothing to get anti-gun measures on the books.
Democrats have never been friends of gun rights. Ck it out >

State Sen. John Cullerton, D-Chicago, who has been an avid supporter of the ban, said the legislation may be better suited to be voted on in the fall veto session or next spring, when it is not an election year.

This is the same pattern we saw with "smart guns" in NJ. Back then, the word was that the gov did not want a gun bill on his desk before the election.

Soon as it was over...bam!

My advice: check NRA and GOA ratings, and preemptively presume the likely suspects guilty when voting.

Better be paying attention folks.

www.isra.org.

Call your reps and the chief sponsor of the bill and let him know how you feel. This is a cancer that can spread from here to where you are.
