This is so cool, well at least to me it is.
Make that adjustable sighted revolver into a fixed sight gun.

I'm thinking of getting a GP100. These would seem to be just the ticket for an combat revolver. Be nice if they made 'em for the GP100.

For the GP-100, check out Bowen. They make a new heavy duty rear sight for the adjustable GP-100 models. They come in either a square notch or shallow v-notch version. I have the v-notch on my GP-100 and it works very well with my big dot front sight.

The Bowen rear sight is very rugged and well shaped. It is not click-adjustable like the standard sight, but adjustments are still easy to make. It is not likely to break during use and also less likely to snag on clothing than the factory sight. I highly recommend it.

Cool, I didn't know somebody made them for Rugers too.
Of course I didn't know anybody made them at all until last night. :D
