Yes, it passed both chambers just recently and will be effective July 1st. I do not recall the signing date. I will endeavor to discover.

Of course in Cali we don't have shall issue or a lifetime permit, and we are limited to the number of guns that can be on the permit but we can carry everywhere.
Schools, casinos, the Governer's mansion....
Hoosiers cannot carry on a non-school property that is being used for a school function. :what: So if some school awards thing is being held at the local Hilton in ballroom 3 does that make all of the Hilton a no carry zone? Just ballroom 3? The immediate area around ballroom 3?

I read the bill over and didn't see a lifetime permit in it...
