I love the look of a full mannlicher stock, but I also want a straight-grip, sort of like a Springfield '03, or Browning Citori Superlight Feather. I just think this would be the ultimate sleek stock design. Does anyone make this? If not, any suggestions on a good custom stock maker?

The old Swedish mauser carbines(and others) had this design. If you want to make one on an old surplus gun a rasp will do er.

Thanks for the help, Gordon! Can you give me any specific models that had this stock, or should I just look for "swedish mauser carbine"? Also, what's a rasp?
