Do they exist or only the 6V lights?

Yes, they exist. However, not out of the box. You will have to buy a 617FA/GA and buy the LM90 module.
I am not sure the older 617 (non-FA/GA) models will work with the LM90 module. The Remington 870 Responder 618 (again, non-FA/GA) reportedly has magazine extension clearance problems with the LM90 unit. However, the mag extension on the Benelli may not have the same problem -- especially given that you don't have to pump a Benelli M1 to get it to cycle. :)

Justin, so you're saying if I buy a Benelli Ninja foregrip and get a 9V millenium lamp together I'm good to go?
I was worried that I'll have 4 different types of lights--the 9V for the AR15s (which I don't own yet), a 6V for the Benelli, Nitrolons for the handguns and A2s for my paws.

Skunk:
Yes. I don't know if Surefire sells the 617FA or 617GA grip sans light module, but if you were to buy those items you would have a 9V Benelli weaponlight.
I understand your concern with interchangeability among your Surefires. As you asked in a previous thread, you could gain the maximum in interchangeability by purchasing weaponlights/hand-held lights that use the Surefire Millennium 9V MN10/MN11 lamps. As mentioned, you can use those lamps with the rifle (M500, M900), shotgun (LM90), handgun (MN110, 111) and hand-held (M3).
Theoretically, you could use the 6V P60/61 lamp system as well but there is no dedicated Surefire rifle weaponlight for that lamp.
