I visited my local shop today and was quickly reminded why I've kept my distance.

I was chatting with the young employee when I noticed he had a double mag pouch on upside down. Mags hanging below the pouch with the bullets forward. I stopped mid-sentence and just stared at it quizzically. When he realized what I was looking at, he removed a mag and demonstrated his new reloading skills. :D :D His excuse was that the mags dug into his side when he wore the mag pouch the proper way.

Oh boy...I just grabbed my stuff and walked out.

I really thought they knew better. Somewhere, they're building a better idiot and he's employed at your local gun store.

It's still probably faster than keeping them in a pocket. Hopefully he'll consider getting a horizontal carrier beyond what hopefully is a temporary fix.
