PA is right to carry but .... it is strictly CCW .. emphasis on ''concealed''.

In theory, if the piece is seen and a complaint made ...... ''poof'' out the window goes your permit!!!

What are your experiences in this?? Anyone anywhere where ''concealed'' means concealed ... ever had their permit revoked for showing?

I do try and be very careful .... whilst also trying not to be obvious thru repeated checks and adjustments! :p But .. at times, I am sure a ''glimpse'' has been seen .......... typically, at a checkout register ..... Wally World etc ......... hate to ''blow it''!!

I'm sure it would depend on the circumstances of the gun being seen.

BTW, guns don't kill people, bullets going really, really fast do!:neener:

...if the piece is seen and a complaint made...

Those are two unlikely events, and the more so in conjunction—and then there's the unlikelihood of a CCW permit being revoked if all you did was let your gun be exposed for a moment one time.

I certainly don't advocate carrying after a slovenly fashion, but I wouldn't worry about it unduly.

Never had to worry about it here. However recently I was in Tejas where I had to cover up for them thar womenfolk. Check your gear, carry away.

The law is oriented towards discouraging open carry and brandishing.

It's not to prosecute people who have their shirts ride up or print.

Never been made out... yet ;)

But I do try very hard to ensure concealment before I leave the house, and let my chldren check me out first if I'm doing ok with it.
