I'm looking for a little clarification. I have my SC CCW. I can legally carry in NC also. While carrying im my car, can my gun be:

1) in the center console?
2) in the driver's door pocket?
3) in the glovebox?
4) what if I have a passenger and the gun is in their reach?
5) any difference in NC?
6) does my handgun have to be concealed on my person?

In SC without a CCW, you can have a loaded gun in your car if concealed in the glovebox, etc. In NC, it must be visible.

Thanks in advance.

There are useful abstracts of the laws for both states (and others) on Packing.Org (http://www.packing.org).
