How on earth do you arrange to obtain insider information from many dozens of different companies without someone telling on you?

Maybe the guy just has a brilliant stock prediction formula and is having fun taunting the feds; maybe he's really a time traveller (should be interesting if we actually get the cure for AIDS he claims exists); but even if he was using insider info, how did he get 126 tips in 2 weeks?

If all the trades were done serially, he averaged about 11% gain per trade.
