Scope for my GP100

What do you guys think? My buddy has a red dot for his .357 magnum and it is pretty cool. Does anyone out there have any INEXPENSIVE recommendations for my GP100? I don't want to spend $300 for one. Thanks in advance folks. If this has been covered before then oooops.

I have a 30.00 BSA red dot from wal-mart on mine.

i have one of those 4 reticule bushnell pistol scopes, under 100 dollars and holds a zero really well. mine's on a 22 though so i dont know how it would hold up to a bit more recoil

The rear sight comes off. The mount screws into the sight hole and 2 more holes are drilled and tapped.Heres a closer view.

You can see how it wraps around the back.I have had it on for years with no trouble with it moving even with magnums.
