I had a prior post in regard to the superb condition of the 3in model 10 PD turn in I recently purchased from R&D. I shot the gun today, its unbeliveable. Ive owned custom PPC revolvers, but have never had a trigger pull as smooth as this gun has. With 158SWCL, the gun shot to point of aim from 15 yds, to 45 yds. Why did I spend so much $ in the past, all I needed was a 3in Model 10.

What a wise choice........those S&W K frame triggers have some of the smoothest out-of-box actions available. A 3" K frame is the "bees knees".......you will be enjoying this revolver for years to come ! Congratulations on your purchase. I own a 2" snub M10-7 and its certainly one of my favorites.

Slick trigger, ain't it? ;) I want more, myself. On mine, I installed a 4" heavy barrel. Got the barrel cheap, brand new, and didn't cost that much to have it installed. Maybe I should look around for a 3" barrel, but I'd rather buy another used M10..:D That 4" heavy barrel is JUST SO NICE! It' shoots superb and the balance is much better than with that soda straw it had on it. But, a 3" would be a lot more concealable and I could actually carry it...:D
