I recently got a CZ 75 knock-off, an EAA Witness in .40 S&W. I've been looking around, and all I am seeing is holsters in the off-body variey. Briefcases, man-purses, etc. I'm looking into Galco and El Paso Saddlery, but can anyone give me some more suggestions in makers to look at?

Try H.B.E. Leatherworks.

Owner Eric Larsen specializes in CZ leather. GREAT custom work, reasonable prices.

You might check his current turnaround. I ordered on Sept 1, 2005, one holster and was quoted 14 weeks. Today is 28 weeks and 2 days and NO holster. Yes, I have contacted him several times. He is very slow in communicating too. Sorry, just telling the truth.

Another option is a dual rig Falco shoulder holster. Avialable from http://www.makarov.com/falco/index.html imho, they are a good value. I have one ea for my 97 & 75. Std. disclaimer - i'm in no way affiliated with site or company, just a guy with champaign taste & beer budget.

Often, holsters that work with a Beretta 92/96 will also work with CZs and Witnesses. You can check in nearby gunshops for those.

Check E-bay for a guy named "gun_leather". He makes a IWB Summer Special style that is very nice. Been carrying mine in one for about 9 months. $44.99 + free shipping. Just looked, he does not have one available now but check back, he only makes them in about half a dozen models (including the CZ) and should have one soon.
