'I want those who oppose a ban on assault weapons that were used against these families and children, to come to Chicago and explain this to their families and the community why they're against common sense gun laws," Daley said.
'One murder is one too many."
Daley said for more help was needed from Washington to help fight violence on the streets.
'How many more children have to die before the federal government restores more funding to fight crime. Especially against gun traffickers and those who own gun stores," Daley said.

ICRGO Director wants all gun rights groups members including ICRGO.ORG, GUNMAP.ORG, CONCEALCARRY.ORG, ICARRY.ORG, ILLINOISCARRY.COM, THE CHAIMPAIGN COUNTY AND NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCATION to meet at the 5th floor of Chicago City Hall at 10:30 a.m., Friday March 24th to educate the city's administration, the community of Englewood and it's civic leader why there is nothing reasonable or 'common sense" about more gun control and criminal enabling.
This is our opportnity to educate these people why there is so much problem in the largest gun free zone in America. ICRGO encourages all gun owners interested to review the gun control map at www.gunmap.org , download it at the bottom of the screen to adobe and print out many copies in color to pass out to these people. Please dress appropriately and remember to be courtious and polite.
