Help - need snubby sight mods/upgrades

There are at least half a dozen alternatives when it comes to changing the sights on a Glock.
What to do with a snubby? Specificcaly a Taurus 905, and possibly a 650 & 850.
I'm sure I could spend a small fortune having fiber optics installed or I could just paint the front sight with some nail polish.
I'm sure that somewhere in between are some better answers. Please share you're ideas & comments.

I'm confused. A Glock Revolver? Fiber-optic sights?
Please help us to understand.
I've been drinking, but I still can't fathom what you're asking. :uhoh:

there's lots of options for aftermarket sights for glocks, not many for revolvers. he's asking for ideas.

I have seen pics of snubby guns that have had the front sights replaced with the BigDot Nite Sights. I have not tried this, but looked practical and appeared it would be very good for day light or low light fast target acquisition with a pocket snubby. It did not look out of place or unusual either. They make them for specific models of revolvers with replaceable front sights.
I have shot the Big Dot sights on a Thunder Ranch 1911 and must say that picking up the front sight was very easy and very fast getting it on target.

Thank you Rob, that's it.
I'm looking for ideas for improving the front sight on a Taurus 905 revolver.

Sounds like this wouldn't work for my Colt Detective Special, which has fixed sites. :(

I just paint the front sight with high
grade fluorescent orange paint,it's
cheap and lasts a long time.I strip
it off about every 2 months and
repaint it to keep keep it fresh. If
it's a stainless gun i also black out
the rear sight recess with sight black,
I find this to give a nice contrast.

the most low profile would be to have the front sight drilled and a nightsight insert installed. if you really wanted to be clever, you could also hog out the bottom of the rear sight channel to match the contour of the front dot.
you could also have the top rib dovetailed for different sight blades
