Ok I give up; there was another thread SOMEWHERE on THR (and I've tried every search term I can think of... no joy) where a member was making or had a link to a M1D type Garand 4 or 5 prong flash suppresor.

Anybody have a clue?

I just picked up a Fulton tanker secondhand; it has the Smith vortex on it already. As soon as it's in my hands I'll decide if I want to keep the vortex or not.

I though the 5-prong suppressor looked really goos ever since seeing Oleg's on his site.

BigG- you're correct I think; I was mixing up the M1D flash suppressor with the T-37 type.

I just e-mailed the guy; hope he still has some available.
