Next Question: Sling Length

OK, I've decided to take the challenge and go for the lefty jacket.

Now, I've seen slings in several different lengths, from 48" to 54". What length do I need?

I'm a bit over 6'2", with an arm span maybe an inch more.

What are you shooting? 54-56" is a good start for an AR15 service rifle, 50-52ish" for an M1 or M1A. Les Tam or John Weller will make it in any length you want, and I think you can only get a 54" Turner.

I'll probably be going with my M14 or M1 to start with, maybe even my Finn M39.

Shop here in Yakima has Turners in 50" and 52"
