leatherman sheath/surefire 6p combo holster?

Does anyone know of a nice holster that will hold both a leatherman wave and a surefire 6p? I found a picture of one but the maker seems to be out of business.

I just use 2 sheaths. I carry a charge and a 6P on my right side.
