I know that you can get an internal laser for glocks but is there any other handguns that you can buy an internal laser for?

That same company makes them for 1911s and Sigs as well. I don't recall the brand, but they are all guide-rod replacement internal lasers. The company likely makes them for more than just those models/brands also.
