Birdshot loads that recoil as much as federal low recoil buckshot

does anyone know where i can find birdshot suitable for trap (and bird) shooting that has the same recoil as my "serious" buckshot loads?


I bought a 100 round box of federal ounce and an 8th promo loads, and they have noticeably more recoil out of my mossberg than the buck does.

IMO, using an oz, 2 3/4 dram load should do it.
