Anyone care to offer their experiences with these various watercarrier/small packs?
I'm looking for something daypack size, to keep a basic, light woodsy survival kit in. You know.. firestarters, compass, poncho/groundcloth, etc etc. I don't want a fullsize pack, though I'd much prefer the MOLLE strips or similar as on the blackhawk model to add more later should I feel the need.
Colorwise, I'd prefer flat OD or "coyote" -- I want subdued, but not camo and preferably not black.
Compatibility with some kind of inline waterfilter is a major plus.
Finally, I'd like an adaptive-type suspension system, that has the shoulder straps hooked together over a bar such that it moves with your shoulders easily.
