Is there any good way to conceal a Taurus PT-92? It's similar to a Beretta 92F for anyone not familiar. I'm 6'1" and 140 lbs. so there's not a lot to work with. I'm currently using an IWB holster by Uncle Mike's. I'd love to get a smaller gun, but I'm not working right now so I'm kinda stuck with what I have.

Any info would be a big help.

I use a Galco Combat Master when carrying my 92FS. I also have a Blackhawk leather IWB holster that works very well, not the best though. Look at Galco's website, they make a ton of rigs for the Beretta that should fit your Taurus as well. Kydex would be another way to go, if you like it.
