Will the ammo fit in the magazine?

I would think that the cartridge is too long to be loaded into the magazine. That would account for no conversion barrels being available.

The magazine in the p-16 is the same size as the p-14 .45 mag. This isn't the problem.I know that this convesion use to be popular in IPSC but can't seem to find them now.

The 9x25 is a 10mm case necked down to 9mm; a 357 sig's big brother. I'm not sure a 10mm casing will fit in a 45ACP mag. I'd ask at brianenos.com forum. Lots of USPSA comp shooters are there and they'd be more likely than anyone to know how to find/make 9x25 specific parts.

To 1911user the 10mm was designed to fit in a 45 package.I have already built the gun with a brileys barrel but the rifling wore out after about 5 thousnd rounds so I am looking for a different maker.Thank you for the tip for brianenos.com I will try them next.

Contact Mike McNett[www.doubletapammo.com]. He may be able to tell you if any one is makeing them.
I know he makes that round and was taking orders for 10mm Glocks and I can't recall what other pistols.

SORRY! I just went to his site and he only has 9x25 conversion barrels for Glocks.
