Hello everyone,
Today i saw a good deal on some Royal Ordnance Ar-15 mags and decided to go for it. I bought 5 brand new mags for $100. I have never heard of this brand. Its is supposivly made in England. They are 30rders. Is this a decent brand? Or did I just blow my money on crap? Please give me any feedback you can think of. Oh by the way I have a Bushmaster carbine. Sure hope it will work!?!?!?!

They are really nice mags. I presently own 10 of them. They come with anti tilt followers.
Just so you don't get worried you may have a problem getting them to function properly when loaded with 30rds. But don't worry these problems can be fixed. At no cost or the cost of a green follower.
Some people including myself have had problems getting them to fully seat with the bolt closed and the mag fully loaded. Also some people including my self have had some problems with them fully loaded and not feeding properly.
Now for the fixes all the fixes acomplish the same thing in just a diffrent way.
1 Dissassemble the mag and trim around a 1/16th of the two logest legs.(This is what I did)
2 Replace the follower with the green one
3Enlarge the mag catch hole a little( I wouldn't do this mag bodies are expensive) But a few over at AR15.com have
4 Use a ruler and work the follower up and down 20 or 30 times.
If you want to know more about these mags take a run over to AR15.com they are all the rage over there
